The Dijon Opera helps you organize your public relations events, by making available its rooms, halls and reception areas to host your conventions, shareholder meetings, celebrations, ceremonies, press conferences, product launches or any other activity related to the life of your company.

AUDITORIUM
THE GREAT HALL :  Thanks to its exceptional acoustics and excellent visibility, the Auditorium’s Great Hall offers the same level of comfort to all spectators. All types of events can be organized there.

GRAND SALON :  A warm and intimate space that is perfect for seminars, conferences and cocktails. It adjoins two smaller rooms, which can come in handy for working groups. Its terrace offers a charming and useful outdoor extension for your receptions.

FOYER BAR :  The luminous and magisterial foyer is one of the keystones of the building’s architecture. Elegant and modern, this high-capacity venue is ideal for your cocktails or prestige dinner events.

DANSE STUDIO :  Behind the stage of the auditorium, the dance studio, with its large mirrors and barres, is a great place to host your meetings.

CLOS VERDUN :  This garden offers a wonderful setting to organize your evenings at the Opera during the high season!

AUDITORIUM PLAZA : This immense glass veranda offers a luminous and modern space for your receptions, an exceptional venue for cocktails. With elliptical light wells, an iconic architectural element of the building, the Auditorium plaza offers a remarkable view on Dijon’s business district.

Fees include all costs for personnel (receptionists, technicians, ushers) and equipment (audio-visual, sound reinforcement, etc.). For an estimate, simply complete and return our list of specifications for your event.

For your cocktails, the Dijon Opera offers you two full-service solutions: a version with appetizers or a complete dinner (details upon request).

All our formulas are accompanied with red wine, white wine, champagne and non-alcoholic beverages (flat water, carbonated water and fruit juice).

We manage the meetings with the caterer, and provide the services and arrangements for your cocktail event, which, if you so desire, can be adapted to a particular theme or to your corporate colours.
